In 2001 we started out as affiliates (while internet marketing still was in it's infancy). As the internet grew, so did our marketing capabilities. At first were were working in the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) area only, then we added Pay Per Click and other various methods. As time went on, big companies started entering the most competitive markets having whole SEO teams and big advertising agencies with huge budgets and discounts have made traditional approach ineffective. That's when we realized we needed to think differently by using unique twists to traditional methods, compete without competing. Customers can be found everywhere, not only in most obvious areas. In order to focus only on the most profitable campaigns, we started working using Pareto Principle (the famous 80/20 rule). The Pareto Principle states that 80% of the output comes from 20% of the input. We use it in our day to day operations. We look for our most effective promotion methods that bring most results and we drop the rest. That's why we don't compete for highest bid clicks in PPC engines, where profit margins are low, instead we create our own "twist" and get clicks for a fraction of this price. And if it doesn't work out, then we will use other promotion vehicles that will allow us to operate on high profit margins. This allows us to allocate our resources where they bring the biggest profit and ensures that we only expand campaigns that are the most profitable. Being small company helps us deliver custom tailored campaigns. We employ a small number of people and we outsource most of the work to our trusted specialists. This gives us flexibility needed in 80/20 model of work. Different campaigns require different specialists and it's hard to find one employee who is the best in everything. With outsourcing, it's possible to get the best specialists exactly when they are needed, and allows us to drop the losing campaigns immediately without any added costs. This flexibility is very important in today's rapidly changing world. It allows us to always move towards high profit margins and allows us to operate in saturated markets, where traditional approach makes it impossible to succeed (because an affiliate just can't compete in PPC with huge agencies that spends a company's branding budget without caring if campaign is profitable or not). Our market analysis system allows us to fully understand the market position of our partners. Because of that, our campaigns focus on educating the customer about products that we promote in order to increase the lifetime value of a customer. We believe that an educated customer will be a loyal and repeating customer. We always work in cooperation with our partners so our marketing processes are always designed to compliment our partners' marketing processes. We stay in contact with the customer after they have bought our partner's product to further educate them on our partner's complimenting products, thus the customer becoming a long term repeat customer. We are always looking for creative ways of getting customers and that is something that we are especially proud of.
